Thanks for checking out the Ladies section of the LRUFC website.

 

If you fancy joining us please come along, you will be made very welcome.
The Ladies & Girls section supports 4 teams - 1st and 2nd women's teams, U18s & U15s junior sides.

 

The juniors train on Thursdays 6:30pm - 8.00pm.

The seniors train on Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30pm - 9:00pm.

Most matches take place on Sundays.
